Actor Cecily Ramos-Irback (Duty, Having Thoughts, First In A Long line) had the perfect response to her chain-shamers, yesterday on Late Night With Simon Redford.

When asked about the propensity for ageing Hollywood Stars to question her life choices, she replied, "Nothing they say can stop me from living my life the way I wish. My time is now and always will be", bringing down the house.

Redford responded by getting up off his couch and tearfully embracing her for her courage.

Fellow actors Geoff Carlton, Mandy Filliwell, and Julia Asher have recently questioned the choices of people in chains, each referring specifically to Ramos-Irback.

"I don't know how you can divide your love like that...I don't know if I could do it," said Filliwell on Wednesday.

A chain is where a person has a mutually exclusive relationship with more than one person, usually dividing time between their partners in a pre-discussed arrangement. Each partner also has one or more separate relationships with other people.

Most "people links" connect to two relationships, however some connect to more.

Ramos-Irback is known to be married to John Hartifor, while dating Samantha Guccio and Clair Frost.
